Basic Services (Performers and Groups)

After we receive machine readable text data in one of our accepted formats, the Bluegrass Connection will create a World Wide Web page with a band picture, personnel information, schedule, booking, discography and how to order your products. After your WWW page is created you will have the opportunity to review it on the Bluegrass Connection WWW server or we will send you a printed image. Thereafter, on a monthly basis you may send pictures, performer/group and other information to update your WWW page. This Basic Service is provided to you on a charge basis of $10.00 per month, prepaid quarterly. There are no contracts nor agreements to sign.

Basic Service-

• Creation of a home page and any additional pages as needed,
• Advertisement of the home page on the Internet,
• 1-scanned band/artist picture,
• Booking information,
• Contact information,
• Performance schedule,
• Discography,
• Scanning of all CD and Cassette jackets,
• 1-sound bite (approximately 30 seconds) from each supplied CD and Cassette,
• 1-monthly feature on the Bluegrass Connection home page,
• Optional-contribution of CD or other product for promotional giveaway,
• Any other pertinent information about the band/artist,
• Monthly updating.

Email indirect - An online form which fans fill in and will be saved by the Bluegrass Connection and then mailed to the band/performer.

Optional Service

The Bluegrass Connection provides Fan Club administration services. We have received many inquiries and requests for the Bluegrass Connection to assist bands and musicians with the administration tasks supporting their fans. The Bluegrass Connection has developed an optional service which we believe will remove many hours of administrative duties from the band. This optional service is charged on a per fan basis. The Bluegrass Connection provides the following fan club services.

Fan Club Optional Service

• Quarterly newsletter creation and mailings,
• Fan Club sign-up forms,
• Distribution of Band promotional material,
• Distribution of Band saleable items including CD's and Cassettes,
• Professionally prepared newsletters using high quality custom paper,
• Band business/Fan Club membership card creation and distribution.

Text Data

Email is the preferred method to communicate with the Bluegrass Connection. We can scan in typed information and read PC text data including various wordprocessor formats. We do all we can to accommodate your needs.

The Bluegrass Connection's service includes extensive advertising of your band as a unique entity on the Internet in addition to the Bluegrass Connections own promotion. People will be able to find you by entering your band name, and other key words. The Bluegrass Connection is listed throughout the world on many World Wide Web servers as a reference for people to go to and view.

As use of the Internet becomes commonplace, we would like to help you become part of this new trend and hope that you take advantage of this money saving offer.

Optional Services:

Mailings The Bluegrass Connection maintains mailing lists and provides mailing services for promotional materials.

Graphics The Bluegrass Connection develops custom graphics for Web pages.

Computers The Bluegrass Connection provides performers/groups with computer, communications equipment and software which can access the Bluegrass Connection, Internet and support business applications.
