For those of us who moved into Wayne at an early age and lived near to the intersection of Church Lane with Hamburg Turnpike there may be some memories lingering.

I have added a few comments to get things into some perspective.

The Grange is where Kindergarten was held. You can see the Preakness Elementary School before the addition of the new wing. Yes, it was a real single engine airplane on the roof of the Airport Inn. I remember eating there a few times.
